Hi, I recently had my NBN service with TPG, everything else works fine but just have this one issue where anyone calling this home phone from their mobile and unless they use Telstra mobile service the call is successful, any other network had problem, it simply says the phone line has been disconn

I've registered for TPG Home Phone ADSL 2+ bundle a month ago and been told that a technician will be coming to my apartment at about 10-20 days after. However, it took more than a week for them to send me an email and tell me the scheduled date which the technician is coming.
TPG has a rather large raft of support numbers to contact, with each serving a slightly different purpose. For technical support for internet and home phone, the operating hours are 8am to midnight on weekdays, 9am to 9pm on weekends and the same for any public holidays. The TPG technical support numbers are either 13 14 23 or 02 9007 2000.
