I am using a single dual-band network using Smart Connect. The network uses both 2.4ghz and 5ghz frequencies depending on the device. My printer is only capable of connecting to 2.4ghz. By default, all laptops are connecting to the 5ghz. I am unable to print from the 5ghz devices to the 2.4ghz printer.
